Note to users: At NEOLAVA we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use your personal identifying information for the purposes of enhancing your NEOLAVA experience. WE DO NOT SELL, TRADE, OR RENT the personal identifying information you provide to us online to third parties.

Information Collected and Used
NEOLAVA will collect personal identifying information as described herein. Information (such as your name, e-mail, address, mailing address, phone, and credit card numbers) may be collected to register with us, or participate in contests, promotions, or surveys.

We automatically collect personal identifying information about visitors to NEOLAVA in order to administer, monitor and improve the user experience. This information may include the names the user is submitting, the user's browser type and version, IP address, pages viewed and the URL the user arrived from and departed to upon leaving the site. NEOLAVA may also record e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our website or bulletin boards, communicate with us via e-mail, make postings to our chat areas and voluntarily provide information to NEOLAVA.

We may use the personal identifying information we collect to notify you for editorial, marketing, or promotional purposes; and to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the site, new NEOLAVA services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable.

If you use services through a partner or affiliate site, NEOLAVA may share the information you submit through that site in order to communicate with that specific partner. NEOLAVA is not responsible for the privacy policies of partner or affiliate sites.

With respect to Ad Servers: To try and bring you offers that are of interest to you, we have relationships with other companies that we allow to place ads on our Web pages. As a result of your visit to our site, ad server companies may collect information such as your domain type, your IP address and ClickStream information.

NEOLAVA may share aggregate, or summary, statistics about our consumers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third party vendors, such as our advertisers, business partners, and/or sponsors. However, this information to third parties will not include any personal identifying information. All information that we maintain about registered users, their transactions (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases), and communications directed to our site (e.g., e-mails, customer inquiries) are kept confidential. This information will be made available through a link to the user's individual profile information on the site or by sending an e-mail to inquire@neolava.com.

NEOLAVA may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to i) comply with law or ii) to protect the rights, property, or safety of NEOLAVA, our users, or others.

Security
When you subscribe to the NEOLAVA Site, NEOLAVA will take reasonable steps to ensure the confidentiality of such information, including the use of a secure server. All personal and transaction related information will be transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of your information by anyone other than NEOLAVA. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

Opt-Out-Right
NEOLAVA provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at any time. To opt-out you must send an e-mail to inquire@neolava.com.

Please note that opt-out requests may take up to 6-8 weeks to become effective. In addition, if you ask us to remove your name and address from our e-mail lists, we will maintain your name in a "do not mail" file to ensure that we can honor your request. Please also note that if you subscribe to NEOLAVA newsletters or other services, we may send you e-mails to confirm your subscription and may also need to contact you via phone, postal mail or e-mail if we have other questions regarding your subscription.

Children
No part of our web site directly solicits or is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13. In keeping with the Children Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, NEOLAVA will never knowingly request personal identifying information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. We suggest that parents become involved with their child's access to the Internet and to our site to ensure that his or her privacy is well protected.

If we become aware that a customer or subscriber is under the age of 13 and has registered without prior verifiable parental consent, we will cancel his or her subscription and remove his or her personal identifying information from our files. Please note: we may maintain a record of that person's name and address in a "do not register" file to avoid subsequent registration by a child under the age of 13.

Cookies
NEOLAVA does use a feature on your Web browser called "cookies," which places a small data file on your hard drive. These cookies enable NEOLAVA to respond more quickly to user requests, customize the user experience, store session logon information and help us collect aggregate data about the number of visitors to our site, how long they stay and what features and web site activities are used the most often. You may choose to set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are sent, but refusing cookies will prevent the site from functioning correctly.

Updating or Changing Information
If at anytime you would like to change any information in your account by clicking on the "edit profile" link on the site. If such a link is not available, you may e-mail us at inquire@neolava.com.

Links to Other Sites
Users should be aware that when they are visiting NEOLAVA, they could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. When you click on links and/or ad banners that take you to third-party web sites, you will be subject to third parties' privacy policies. While we support protection of privacy on the Internet, NEOLAVA cannot be responsible for the actions of third parties. We encourage you to read the posted privacy statement whenever interacting with any web site.

Your Consent
By using our web site you consent to the collection and use of information as set forth above by NEOLAVA. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
